I just found out from a friend Deena L. who was in my elementary school class (who incidentally now lives in Vancouver) that her grandmother saw our picture in the Canadian Jewish News last week. She then saw it for herself today. In last week's paper.
Thank you to whomever submitted the photo, but it would have been kind of neat to know about it! In future, if anyone sees my picture where one would not expect to see it, please feel free to let me know :)
